CyberArk Taps Former Palo Alto Networks, IBM Executive

The Israeli information security company appointed Rich Wenning to the role of vice president of North American sales

Information security company CyberArk Software Ltd. announced Tuesday it has appointed former Palo Alto Networks Inc. executive Rich Wenning to the role of vice president of North American sales. The company also announced the appointment of Clarence Hinton as senior vice president of corporate development.

Hinton most recently served as head of strategy and corporate development at Nasdaq-listed Nuance Communications, Inc. Hinton has previously worked at BMC Software, Inc., Dell Inc., and Capital One Financial.

Before joining CyberArk, Wenning served as vice president of Americas enterprise accounts at NYSE-listed cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks. Wenning has held leadership positions at Cisco Systems, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard Company.
