Glilot Capital Partners grows with a series of new appointments, including Israel's former economic attaché in SF

Moran Zilbershtein was named as VP Value Creation, with Sian Goldofsky being appointed as Principal, and Vered Digmy to serve as Head of Investor Relations

Moran Zilbershtein, who until recently served as Israel's Head of the Economic and Trade mission to the West Coast USA, is joining Glilot Capital Partners as VP Value Creation. Zilbershtein will lead support efforts for Glilot’s portfolio companies, mainly around market entry and growth.

Zilbershtein is a graduate of the cadet course of the Ministry of Economy, and in her last position served for four years as Israel’s economic attaché in San Francisco, working with top Silicon Valley corporate executives and VCs, and guiding hundreds of Israeli companies in entering the U.S. market. Prior to her diplomatic position, Zilbershtein headed the China department at the Foreign Trade Administration, and managed six Economic Missions in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Hong-Kong.

In addition, Sian Goldofsky was recently appointed as Principal. Prior to joining Glilot, Goldofsky was the principal at MoreVC, an early-stage generalist venture capital firm where he had been directly involved in 14 new portfolio investments made since joining the firm. In the beginning of his career as an early-stage venture capitalist, he was the cybersecurity and AI investments lead at OurCrowd.

Vered Digmy was appointed as Head of Investor Relations. Digmy took her first steps in the local VC industry at Giza Venture Capital, one of the pioneer VC funds in Israel, where she served as Director of Investor Relations for 15 years. Following that, she worked as Business Development Manager and IR Specialist at Raveh, Ravid & Co. accounting firm, before serving as Director of Investor Relations and Deal Flow Manager at Amiti Ventures.

Glilot Capital Partners, founded in 2011 by Kobi Samboursky and Arik Kleinstein, added Nofar Amikam and Lior Litwak as investing partners in 2021. To date, Glilot has recorded 14 exits and has about $700 million under management.
