McKinsey Partners with Website Personalization Company Dynamic Yield

Consulting firm McKinsey & Company Inc. is partnering with website personalization company Dynamic yield Ltd. through its market insight service unit Periscope By McKinsey, the latter announced Thursday. As part of the partnership, the two companies would market personalization tools to clients.

Co-founded in 2011 by Israel-born CEO Liad Agmon, Dynamic Yield is headquartered in New York with additional offices in Tel Aviv. The company offers an AI-based service that enables marketers to tailor-fit their website to consumers according to their studied behavioral patterns.
Attracting investors like Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors and Beijing-based Baidu Inc., Dynamic yield's customers includes Urban Outfitters, Sephora, and Ikea. The company says its personalization tools reach more than 600 million users globally.
"This global alliance is going to offer our clients game-changing personalization offerings," said Brian Elliott, managing partner of Periscope By McKinsey.
The integration between the offerings of the two entities will give clients “the ability and know-how to transform their marketing programs,” said Mr. Agmon.
