Sephora Europe is partnering with Israeli retail analytics startup ciValue to improve its customer relationship management, the companies announced Thursday. Founded in 2014, ciValue offers customer analytics, data monetization, and advisory services. As part of the two-year partnership, the Paris-headquartered cosmetics chain is already using ciValue's marketing software in France, and will soon roll it out in the rest of its European locations.
