AT&T has appointed Ofer HaCohen as general manager of its Israel innovation center, AT&T Foundry, the company announced Wednesday. Founded in 2010 in collaboration with Nasdaq-listed billing company Amdocs Ltd., and located in Ra’anana, a town in the Tel Aviv area, the innovation center is focused on identifying new technologies. Before his promotion, Mr. Hacohen was a manager of mobile development at AT&T. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Mr. HaCohen was an executive at California-based travel itinerary startup WorldMate Inc., acquired by CWT Global B.V. in 2012.
