Microsoft Backs Software Deployment Company CodeFresh

M12, Microsoft’s venture arm, leads $8 million funding round in the kubernetes deployments startup

Mountain View, California and Tel Aviv-based software deployment startup CodeFresh Inc. announced on Wednesday an $8 million Series B funding round led by M12, Microsoft’s venture arm. Viola Ventures and HillsVen LLC also participated in the round. Codefresh helps organizations adopt Kubernetes and automate their application deployment to Kubernetes in as little as 10 minutes, according to the company. Founded in 2014, Codefresh reports over 20,000 users. The company raised $15 million to date.
