Nasdaq-listed SolarEdge Technologies Inc. has completed a $11.5 million (NIS 41 million) acquisition of the assets of Gamatronic Electronic Industries Ltd., Gamatronic announced Monday in a filing to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. SolarEdge announced the acquisition In May, as part of its decision to enter the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) market. SolarEdge still has a time-limited option to acquire the English and Chinese subsidiaries of Gamatronic.
