London-listed Kape Technologies PLC announced Tuesday it bought cybersecurity company Netural Holdings Ltd., trading as Intego, for $16 million. Kape has acquired Intego from Bessemer Venture Partners.
Kape is a cybersecurity company developing online security, privacy, and autonomy products. Kape employs 300 people in offices in London, Tel Aviv, Germany, Romania, and Cyprus.
Founded in 1997, Intego develops cybersecurity and privacy software including malware protection, firewall, anti-spam, backup, and data protection for Macs and iOS devices.
