San Francisco-based cybersecurity startup ZecOps, Inc. announced Tuesday it has closed a $3.5 million Seed investment led by Rotterdam-based KPN Ventures and participated by cybersecurity-focused venture capital fund Evolution Equity Partners, Plug and Play Silicon Valley, WISE Ventures, and Array Ventures.

Launched in 2017 by Israelis Zuk Avraham and wife Taly Slachevsky, ZecOps is a stealth mode cybersecurity automation company working with law enforcement agencies, banks, critical infrastructure, and tech companies. ZecOps’ research and development center is based in Tel Aviv.

Avraham previously founded cybersecurity startup Zimperium, Inc., which has raised $60.4 million to date, according to Pitchbook data.
