Alumni Outreach Company Graduway Acquires Academic Mentoring Startup VineUp

VineUp develops web and mobile apps that allow students and alumni to share their experience within a closed network

Israel based alumni outreach startup Graduway, incorporated as Headhunter Systems Ltd., has acquired Gloucestershire, U.K.-based career mentoring software developer VineUp Ltd., the companies announced Wednesday. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2013, Graduway develops software that helps colleges and universities manage communications with their alumni networks. It lists UCLA, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Oxford, among its clients. In December, Graduway has raised $12.7 million, bringing Graduway’s total equity funding to $20 million. Graduway is headquartered in London and has additional offices in the U.S.
