OnePlus smartphone users across the world have reported they are unable to use navigation app Waze. According to multiple online complaints, since Waze launched its most recent software update earlier this week, the GPS signal on the app has been malfunctioning on OnePlus devices.

Users reported that GPS signals have been working correctly on other applications. The hitch was initially thought to be linked to the devices, as China-based OnePlus has been known to use software not found in other Android devices. On Wednesday, Alphabet-owned Waze owned up to the slip-up on Twitter, saying it is working to fix the issue and release a new update.
