Google’s lightweight search function Go can now read web content out loud. Google’s Vice President of engineering and the managing director of Google's R&D center in Israel, Yossi Matias, announced the new feature in a blog post on Tuesday.

Go is a search app designed to work on devices with limited space and unreliable internet. With the addition of the new feature, the app will be able to read out loud online content in 28 languages. The new feature is backed by natural language processing and speech synthesis technology partially developed in Israel.
