Hospitality Service Startup Routier Raises $3 million

Tel Aviv-based hospitality service startup Routier Ltd. has raised $3 million in an addition to a previous $2.05 million Seed round, the company announced Sunday. Routier offers a technology that lets staff communicate with guests using the Wi-Fi offered at hotels, and airplanes. It also supplies the staff with an internal chat service. Cockpit Innovations, the venture arm of Israel’s national carrier El Al, is one of the new investors. According to the company’s announcement the technology was tested successfully in hotels in New York City.
