Code management startup JFrog Ltd. has acquired software development and consulting startup Trainologic Ltd., the companies announced Wednesday without disclosing the financial terms of the deal.

Founded in 2009, Trainologic provides end-to-end development, consulting, and training services to software companies and reports clients including AT&T, Cisco Systems, Amdocs, Israel’s Bank Hapoalim, and content distribution startup Outbrain. In a statement, JFrog said it intends to establish a new DevOps consulting unit within the company, to be headed by Trainologic CEO Gal Marder, who will join JFrog as vice president of DevOps Consulting. The companies said that most of Trainologic’s team will join JFrog. Trainologic currently employs around 60 people in central Israel and in Seattle.

Founded in 2008, JFrog develops code management tools designed to make code development more efficient. The company reports over 4,500 customers, including Amazon, Google, Facebook, Spotify, Uber, and Netflix. JFrog has raised $65 million in equity funding from investors including Battery Ventures LP, Scale Venture Partners, EMC and Dell Technologies subsidiary VMware Inc. JFrog employs 330 people in its offices in Sunnyvale, California, Israeli coastal city Netanya, Beijing, Toulouse, and Bengaluru, India.
