Customer Success Company Gainsight Acquires Aptrinsic

U.S.-based customer success company Gainsight Inc. announced Monday the acquisition of Aptrinsic Inc., a startup based in San Francisco and Tel Aviv. The companies did not disclose the financial details of the deal. Aptrinsic enables customers to derive actionable insights from product trends and usage analytics. Founded in 2016, the company raised a $7.2 million series A led by Opus Capital and Storm Ventures, according to Pitchbook.
