Waze Rolls Out In-App Audio Player

Google-owned navigation app Waze is launching an in-app audio player for streamed music, audiobooks, and podcasts, the company announced Monday. The new feature allows users to stream content from eight providers including Spotify, which is already available on Waze’s app since 2017, Pandora, and Deezer, directly from Waze while still receiving audio driving directions. Currently only available for Beta users, the new feature will gradually roll out to all users in upcoming weeks.
