Israel-based Hera Med Ltd., an early stage company developing connected pregnancy monitoring products for home and professional use, is looking to raise as much as 6 million Australian dollars in a public offering on the Australian Securities Exchange. The company opened its offer last Tuesday, proffering its stock at 0.20 AUD per share, and intends to close the offer on November 16. The company has listed through its Australian parent company HeraMED Ltd. ACN.
