Software management startup SysAid Technologies Ltd. announced on Tuesday that it has raised $30 million in funding from Israel-based IGP Ltd.

SysAid develops an IT service management software (ITSM) that integrates multiple help desk performance tools into a single service desk.
SysAid was founded in 2002 and currently employs 130 people, 100 of whom are in Israel. According to the company, it currently has more than 10,000 customers and 9 million end users worldwide. Founded in 2014, IGP has raised $480 million to date and has 11 companies in its portfolio, according to Pitchbook data.
