Particle Analyzer Company PML Sold Following Liquidation

Haifa-based particle analyzer company Particle Monitoring Technologies Ltd. (PML) has been liquefied and sold to Particle Measuring Systems Inc., according to a request submitted to the Haifa District Court. Particle Measuring Systems is paying $3.3 million for the Israeli company's patents and technology.

PML was founded in 2004. The company developed electro-optical systems for monitoring and measuring fluid particle sizes and concentration, enabling businesses to measure nanoparticles in mechanical processes such as cement production and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

According to attorney Guy Ido who filed the request to the Haifa District Court, the amount paid by Particle Measuring Systems will cover all of the company's debts and more. All of the Company's shareholders, except for one, approved the purchase request.
