Tech Support Company Soluto Announces Talent Buy of Tel Aviv Design Company Pumika

Tech support software company Soluto Ltd. has announced Sunday a talent acquisition of Israeli digital design company Pumika Digital Ltd. Pumika’s co-founders, Aviran Revach and Shahaf Bornstein, will join Soluto along with the company’s core team of designers and developers. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.

Founded in 2008, Soluto was acquired by Nashville, Tennessee-headquartered mobile insurance and technology company Asurion LLC in 2013 and has served as Asurion’s Tel Aviv-based arm since.
