Shenzhen-Listed Pharmaceutical Company Livzon Signs Distribution Deal With Israeli Cell Imaging Company BioView

Shenzhen-listed pharmaceutical company Livzon Pharmaceuticals Group Inc. has entered a distribution deal with Tel Aviv-listed life sciences company Bio View Ltd., the companies announced Sunday. Livzon has signed the agreement through its subsidiary Livzon Cynvenio Diagnostics Ltd. As part of the deal, Livzon will hold a five-year exclusive distribution right for BioView’s imaging systems as part of a new lung cancer detection test developed by Livzon. The exclusive distribution rights are valid in China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Founded in 2000, BioView manufactures and markets automated cell imaging and analysis solutions for the detection of cancer cells.
