Medical Research Company Genae Acquires Israeli Company MedicSense

Antwerp, Belgium-headquartered Genae, a company involved in the development and commercialization of medical products, has announced Thursday the acquisition of MedicSense Ltd. Based in central Israeli city Petah Tikva, privately-held MedicSense assists medical devices manufacturers with clinical, regulatory and quality management requirements. The company has a Boston-based subsidiary.

The companies did not provide the financial details of the deal.
