Data Warehousing Startup Varada Raises $7.5 Million

Tel Aviv-based Varada offers data warehousing software with an emphasis on big data analytics

Tel Aviv-based data warehousing startup Varada Ltd. announced on Wednesday the completion of a $7.5 million seed funding round led by California-based venture capital firm Lightspeed Venture Partners, Israel-based venture firm StageOne Ventures, and F2 Capital Ltd.

Varada was founded in 2017 by Tal Ben Moshe, Roman Vainbrand, and David Krakov, all veterans of Dell EMC’s XtremIO team. The company offers data warehousing software with an emphasis on big data analytics.
