DiscoverOrg Acquires Enterprise Marketing Company ZoomInfo

Marketing and sales analytics company DiscoverOrg LLC has acquired enterprise marketing company ZoomInfo (incorporated as Zoom Information Inc.), the companies announced Monday. The financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. In 2017, private equity firm Great Hill Partners paid $240 million for ZoomInfo.

Co-founded in 2000 by Israel-born Yonatan Stern, ZoomInfo has a research and development center in Israel. According to Monday’s announcement, the merged company now has 15,000 customers and 120,000 active users globally.
