Artificial intelligence is already disrupting the real estate industry, said Or Hiltch, co-founder of New York-headquartered Skyline AI Ltd.

Skyline uses machine learning technologies to analyze data from multiple sources and find real estate deals that take into account parameters such as the asset’s condition, quality of management, and access to public facilities.

Speaking on Tuesday at Calcalist’s WeTechBerlin conference, held at the Hilton Berlin, Hiltch said that changes the real estate industry underwent in recent years mean it is now harder than ever to make profit from property. AI enables people to monitor and scan thousands upon thousands of deals and submarkets in a way no human ever could, he said.
