Israeli food processing company Tnuva Food Industries Ltd. announced Tuesday the launch of a startup accelerator program focusing on retail technologies. Dubbed Capsule, the program will scout startups and entrepreneurs for strategic collaborations, offering them access to Tnuva’s facilities, business advisement, and mentorship.
Tnuva is one of Israel’s largest food processing companies, traditionally specializing in milk and dairy products and later venturing into frozen foods, condiment, and soy, meat, and poultry products. In 2015, Tnuva was acquired by China’s Bright Food Group at a $2.3 billion valuation.
