Medical Device Company HeraMED Partners With Device Maker Quasar

Israel-based Hera Med Ltd. (HeraMED), an early stage company developing connected pregnancy monitoring products for home and professional use, announced on Wednesday a partnership with Hong Kong-based and Israeli-owned medical device manufacturer Quasar Engineering Ltd. Quasar, which operates a manufacturing line in Shenzhen, China and an engineering team in Israel, lists companies including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Unilever among its customers. The partnership will enable HeraMED to immediately scale up its production ahead of a commercial rollout, the company said.
