Netanya, Israel-based bio-med startup Theranica has completed a $35 million funding round, the company announced Monday. The round was led by Israel-based life sciences, technology, and healthcare venture capital firm aMoon.
Theranica develops electrical nerve stimulation (ENS) technology for controlling migraines, among other prevalent diseases. The company's neuromodulation device for acute migraine treatment is currently under FDA review.
Founded in 2016, Theranica has raised $41 million to date and has five employees, according to Pitchbook data.
