Customer Engagement Startup Yellzz Raises $1 Million

Israel-based customer engagement startup Yellzz Ltd. has raised $1 million from Nielsen Innovate Fund (NIF) and Israeli government investment arm the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA), NIF and Yellzz announced Wednesday.

NIF is the Israel-based incubator and investment arm of New York-headquartered consumer research company Nielsen Holdings Inc. Yellzz joined NIF’s incubator in Caesarea, a historic town south of Haifa, in August last year.

Founded in 2017, Yellzz develops a technology that connects potential clients searching online with relevant available service providers. Yellzz’s technology can be integrated into online billboards and marketplaces allowing professionals to contact users actively searching for services they provide. The system analyzes search terms in real time to determine the most suitable service provider according to the client’s needs, taking into account availability, location, and specialties.
