Accounting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. has selected Israel-based home and building automation company PointGrab Inc. to equip its U.K. and northwest Europe headquarters in London with smart sensor systems, the companies announced earlier this month. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

PointGrab’s system will allow Deloitte to monitor the activity in its 25,000 square-meter building, providing real-time data, including desk occupancy, foot traffic tracking, elevator usage, and occupancy of public areas.

Founded in 2008 and based in Kfar Saba, a town northeast of Tel Aviv, PointGrab employs around 50 people and has raised $12 million to date, according to Pitchbook data.
