Tel Aviv-based private equity firm A-6684 has raised NIS 55 million ($15.3 million) in commitments for its debut fund, launched with a NIS 100 million ($27.5 million) cap, the firm announced Wednesday.
Founded in 2018, the firm intends to buy and actively manage small and medium businesses, initially focusing on Israel. The firm states it intends to make investments in the range of NIS 30 million to NIS 60 million ($8.25 million to $16.5 million).
