Customer engagement company Como, registered as Conduit Ltd., has recently laid off 45 employees as part of a restructuring process, founder Ronen Shilo told Calcalist Tuesday. Following the layoffs, the company now employs approximately 70 people.
Founded in 2005 and based in the central Israeli town of Ness Ziona, the company develops a customer engagement platform that connects to businesses’ point-of-sale systems and operates a loyalty program. Como touts Burger King, Papa John’s, and Dairy Queen as customers.
