Fosun RZ Capital Leads Round for Hotel Booking Startup Splitty

Fosun RZ Capital, the venture capital investment arm of Fosun International, led a $6.75 million round for Israel-based Hotel booking startup Splitty Travel Ltd., Splitty announced Monday. Israel-based venture capital firm 2bAngels, Israel's national carrier EL AL Israel Airlines’ tech investment arm Cockpit Innovation, Techstars Ventures, and India-based 11-11 ventures also participated.

Founded in 2015, Splitty develops an online hotel booking website that splits a single hotel stay into multiple reservations to find reduced rates. Its service is available for more than 500,000 properties in 127 countries, according to company statements.
