London-listed online food delivery company Just Eat PLC is set to acquire Israel-based point of sale (POS) startup Practi Technologies Ltd., the former announced Tuesday. Just Eat has agreed to make an initial payment of £6.7 million ($8.74 million) with additional payments dependent on reaching certain financial milestones.

Founded in 2012, Practi develops a software service that provides independently-owned restaurants and small chains with tablet-based POS and restaurant management systems. As part of the acquisition, Just Eat will incorporate Practi’s software on its order pads, according to the company’s statement.
