Enterprise Software Company PTC Promotes Ziv Belfer to Division VP of Global R&D

Boston-headquartered enterprise software company PTC Inc. has promoted Israeli company veteran Ziv Belfer to division vice president of global research and development, the company announced Monday.

Belfer has been with the company for 21 years and has been heading PTC’s Israel operation since 2010. Belfer will maintain his current role, taking on additional responsibilities over the company’s global product development projects and the 1,700 people employed in its research and development facilities. Nasdaq-listed PTC develops enterprise software for product lifecycle management, from inception and planning to manufacture and customer support. PTC established its presence in Israel in 1991 and currently employs hundreds of people in centers in Herzliya, Haifa, and Rosh Ha’ayin.
