Israeli coworking real estate company MindSpace Ltd. will be opening a new 4,125 square meters location at the Rogovin Tidhar Tower in Ramat Gan in the greater Tel Aviv area, the company announced Thursday. Mindspace leased floors seven through 10 of the 34-story tower. The new space will accommodate approximately 640 people and is expected to open for business by the end of 2019, the company said.
Founded in 2014, Mindspace is one of several Israeli companies taking advantage of the increasing global demand for coworking spaces. Other names include Be All Centres Ltd., Mixer Ltd., and Teddy Sagi’s Labs. This will be the company’s 29th location, with spaces already opened in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Netherlands, Poland, and Israel. Among Mindspace’s customers are Microsoft, Yahoo!, Spotify, Barclays Bank, and Expedia.
