Online gig marketplace Fiverr Int. is set to open a development center in northern Israeli port town Haifa, the company announced Sunday. Fiverr has rented out space at a downtown Haifa WeWork coworking location, and is looking to hire developers in a variety of roles. Fiverr is headquartered in Tel Aviv and has additional offices in New York, San Francisco, Miami, Berlin, and London. Founded in 2010 by Micha Kaufman and Shai Wininger, Fiverr enables users to buy and sell professional freelancing services online for as little as $5.

Last month, Fiverr began trading on NYSE, offering 5,263,158 ordinary shares at $21 per share according to a $650 million post-IPO valuation. By the closing of its first day of trading, Fiverr’s stock went up 90% to $39.9. On July 5, it was trading at $27.25 per share.
