Amazon’s Israeli Service One Step Closer

Amazon’s full Israeli launch is one step closer. Wednesday morning, Israeli retailers on Amazon’s platform received an email from the company, notifying them that the “ships locally” filter will soon be available for Israel. The feature will enable consumers with an Israeli IP to look for products with local service and a fast shipping offer in-country.

Amazon also said that soon, Israeli consumers will be able to enjoy in-country shipping “according to Amazon’s standards,” and that the Israeli retailers chosen for the platform will be revealed.

In the email, Amazon also detailed the product categories popular among its Israeli buyers. Those include consumer electronics such as laptops, cell phones and related accessories, earphones, and keyboards. Baby monitors and strollers, fitness products, work tools, and construction supplies are also popular locally.
