A delegation representing several German-based industrial companies is set to visit Israel in September to meet with entrepreneurs and startups in the field of industry 4.0, according to Tel Aviv-based non-profit organization Startup Nation Central (SNC). SNC is set to host the delegation for a collaborative event with AHK Israel, the local chapter of the German chamber of commerce, on September 4.
The delegation, which will number more than 70 people, is set to include representatives of German-based startups, accelerators, and companies in fields such as logistics, shipping, storage and warehousing, and IT. Among the companies set to participate are oil and gas subsidiary Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH, logistics companies Digital Hub Logistics GmbH and Hermes Germany GmbH, Hamburg-based Next Logistics Accelerator, railway technology company NRail GmbH, and the HPA Hamburg Port Authority AöR.
