San Francisco and Herzilya, Israel-based app engagement analytics startup Neura Inc. has raised a $16 million funding round, the company announced Wednesday. The round was led by Nasdaq-listed Qurate Retail Group Inc. and Israel-based Pitango Venture Capital, with participation from Nasdaq-listed billing company Amdocs Inc., French Insurer AXA's venture arm AXA Ventures, and Israel-based Moneta Capital.
Founded in 2013, Neura develops a cloud-based app engagement software that analyzes how users respond to certain app features such as push notifications and provides data-based recommendations. The company employs a team of 40 people, 30 of whom are in Israel, according to the company's statement.
