Cybersecurity Startup Cycode Emerges From Stealth With $4.6 Million Round

Cycode’s technology is designed to protect source code from theft, leakage, and manipulation

Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup Cycode Ltd. has emerged from stealth mode and announced a $4.6 million seed investment round Tuesday. The round was led by YL Ventures with participation from former president of Nasdaq-listed cybersecurity company Symantec Corp. Mike Fey, former CEO of security intelligence company LogRhythm Inc. Andy Grolnick, former chief security officer of multinational enterprise software company SAP SE Justin Somaini, and cybersecurity startup Cynet Security Ltd. co-founder and CEO Eyal Gruner. Founded earlier this year, Cycode develops technology designed to protect source code from the risk of theft, leakage, and manipulation.
