Toyota Partners With OurCrowd to Scout for Autonomous Driving Technologies

Tokyo-listed Toyota Tsusho Corp., the trading arm of the Toyota Group, has partnered with Jerusalem-based equity crowdfunding company OurCrowd Ltd., the companies announced Wednesday. The two companies will work together to scout for technologies and potential investments in Israel and outside of it. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The partnership will focus on investment opportunities in startups in the field of autonomous driving, specifically centered around sensors, image recognition, data compression, and cybersecurity technologies.
