Israeli entertainer and mentalist Lior Suchard uses Temi, his personal assistant robot, to wake up his kids and say good morning to his wife when he is on one of his many business trips, Suchard told Calcalist. Suchard joined
New York-headquartered robot company Temi Global Ltd. in September as chief brand officer.
On Monday at the Mind the Tech conference in Tel Aviv, CTech reporter Adi Pick interviewed him and Temi founder and CEO Yossi Wolf.
The Temi is capable of following its owners from room to room while carrying small objects, playing music, making video and voice calls, and controlling smart-home devices.
Suchard is known internationally for his mind-reading tricks such as predicting what someone is going to say or what they are drawing. He has recently appeared on shows such as The Late Late Show with James Corden and performed last year at musician Kanye West’s birthday party.
