Satori Cyber Emerges From Stealth With $5.25 Million Seed Round

Satori develops a cybersecurity service that secures data flows in enterprise databases in cloud and hybrid environments

Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup Satori Cyber Ltd. has emerged from stealth announcing on Tuesday it has raised a $5.25 million seed round. The round was led by Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm YL Ventures.

Satori was founded earlier this year by Eldad Chai and Yoav Cohen, both former Nasdaq-listed information security company Imperva Inc. Imperva was acquired by technology investment firm Thoma Bravo LLC for $2.1 billion in 2018.
