Customer experience startup Copilot, incorporated as Zemingo Group Ltd., has raised a $5 million seed round, the company announced Monday. The round was led by Israeli venture capital firm Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP).
Founded in 2016, Copilot offers an online service that automatically detects when customers are struggling with a product, communicating with them based on their specific usage patterns. The company employs a team of 20 in both Tel Aviv and New York. Copilot lists Verifone and Polaroid as customers.
