Tel Aviv-based airfare prediction startup Whizar Ltd. has completed a $2.7 million seed investment round, the company announced Sunday. The round was led by Anna Partners and participated by existing investor Israeli travel agency Talma Travel and Tours Ltd.

Founded in 2017, Whizar develops optimization software for travel agencies that utilizes machine learning algorithms to predict airfare hikes and dips and suggest the optimal time to book a flight.
