Omer Unger, Mastercard’s Israel manager, spoke with CTech reporter Adi Pick about the future credit cards, contactless payment regulations, and different fraud protection methods.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Unger worked at accounting firms KPMG and Deloitte.

Speaking at the conference, Unger said that traditional plastic cards will not become obsolete overnight, but are likely to be replaced by different apps over an extensive period of time.
