London-headquartered sports media company MinuteMedia Ltd. has acquired FanSided Ltd., a network of fandom-focused sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sites, the company announced Saturday. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. The company lists Nike, Pepsi, Warner Brothers, and Paramount among its customers, and Goldman Sachs and Battery Ventures among its backers. The company employs some 230 people in several locations, around a third of them in its Tel Aviv research and development center.
