In the future, artificial intelligence will be used in decision-making processes, according to Danny Peretz, head of dairy division operations at Israeli food manufacturer Tnuva. Peretz spoke with Lior Akavia, CEO of Tel Aviv-based industrial AI startup Seebo Interactive Ltd., at Calcalist's Industry and Economy conference, held in Tel Aviv Wednesday in collaboration with Israeli oil refining company Bazan Group. “We believe that the earlier we adopt innovative technologies, the more competitive edge we will have in the market,” Peretz said. This is where the partnership with Seebo comes in, he said. With all the effort Tnuva put in, the company realized it will have reached the glass ceiling of the human brain, Peretz added.
