In Israel, seed investments are getting bigger, according to Lia Cromwell, Principal at UpWest Ventures, who spoke to CTech reporter Adi Pick at the OurCrowd Summit in Jerusalem about trends regarding early-stage investments in Israel.
UpWest was founded in 2012 by Gil Ben Artzy, a former Yahoo executive, and Shuly Galili, a former executive director of The California Israel Chamber of Commerce.
UpWest Labs’ portfolio includes cybersecurity startup SentinelOne Inc., startup, autonomous drone maker Airobotics Ltd. and HoneyBook Inc., which develops business management software.
